Parking at large events can be a hassle. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to prevent traffic jams and late arrivals.
You can find Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion at 2005 Lake Robbins Dr, The Woodlands, TX 77380. If you aren’t using a ride share service then we recommend putting that address in your GPS device or map making app. This will give you the most up to date directions and help you avoid any potential delays on the road. Please be sure to arrive early as free parking lots open a half hour before gates and spaces can fill up.
Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion provides their guests with free parking in lighted and patrolled lots close to The Pavilion. Pre-paid Preferred Parking is available for guests who wish to park closer to the venue. Preferred Parking also exits first, reducing traffic for those who use it.

It is recommended to get there at least 30 minutes before the gates open to ensure you get a spot. However, don’t worry too much there are several free lots located in the Town Center Garage and other designated areas around The Woodlands Mall and Market Street.
For those looking for closer and more convenient parking, the Pavilion offers preferred parking at an additional cost. These lots are situated closer to the entrance, reducing the walking distance. From downtown Houston:
Take Interstate 45 or the hardy Toll Road north. Exit Woodlands Parkway. Go straight thru the Six Pines Drive light and follow the signs available free parking lot.
From Conroe
Take Interstate 45 south. Exit Research Forest Drive. Turn right on Research Forest Drive. Take a left onto Grogan’s Mill Road. Continue on Grogan’s Mill Road. Proceed to Timberloch Place and follow th signs to the next available free lot.
Paid Parking
Though event details vary, lots open 90 minutes prior to most performances. The lots surrounding the Pavilion are privately owned. The owners of these lots have made the decision to not allow tailgating.
Paid parking may be found at 9809 Six Pines Drive. You can also find accessible parking here. Accessible parking is free on a first-come, first-served basis. Please have your proper credentials displayed upon arrival.
Passenger drop-off
Passenger drop-off and pick-up is available in front of the North Plaza, via Lake Robbins Drive.
Accessible parking
